1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

4. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on api888. Attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension.
5. No Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or a voluntary or compulsory exclusion imposed by api888 or any affiliated gambling operator.
6. Employees: Employees, contractors, consultants, directors, and officers of api888 and its affiliates are prohibited from holding member accounts or using the platform's Services for personal wagering.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of Services offered by api888, you must create a registered account. The following provisions apply to the registration process:

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian identity card number (NIK from KTP), valid email address, and active Indonesian mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. api888 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify api888 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. api888 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

3.3 Account Ownership

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or operate your account on behalf of another person. Each account must be registered to and used by a single individual only.

3.4 Duplicate Accounts

If api888 detects that a member holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be immediately closed. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be confiscated. Any winnings generated through duplicate accounts are void and will not be paid out. api888 uses advanced identity verification technology to detect duplicate registrations.

4. KYC Verification

In compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and to protect the integrity of the platform, api888 requires all members to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests.

4.1 Required Documents

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) is the primary acceptable document. Passport or driver's license (SIM) may be accepted as alternatives subject to review.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence showing your name and address, issued within the last three months.

• Source of funds: api888 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited, particularly for high-volume accounts.

4.2 Verification Timeline

Standard KYC verification is completed within 24 hours of submission during business days. Complex cases may require up to 5 business days. During the verification period, your account may operate with restricted withdrawal limits. api888 will notify you via email of the outcome of your KYC review.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

api888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available in Indonesia: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and major e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

5.2 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000 for bank transfers; Rp 25,000 for e-wallet transactions.
• Maximum deposit: varies by payment method and account tier. Standard accounts have a maximum single-transaction deposit of Rp 100,000,000.
• Deposits are credited to your account in real time for most bank transfer and e-wallet transactions. api888 does not guarantee deposit speed as this is partly dependent on the processing times of your financial institution.
• api888 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests from fully verified (KYC-complete) accounts are processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour during standard operating hours.
• First-time withdrawals, large-value withdrawals (above Rp 50,000,000), and accounts flagged for review may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• api888 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, security checks, or investigation of potential policy violations.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on api888 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). api888 does not offer multi-currency accounts. If you initiate a transaction in a foreign currency, your bank or payment provider will appl y their own conversion rate, and api888 accepts no responsibility for any resulting exchange rate losses.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

api888 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus provisions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rp 100,000 must be wagered to a cumulative total of Rp 1,000,000 before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to members who hold a single, verified account in good standing.
• Members who hold multiple accounts, have previously abused bonus terms, or are subject to account restrictions are not eligible for promotional bonuses.
• api888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied in full.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

api888 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to lock in guaranteed profits from bonuses (arbitrage), using automated betting software, collusion between members, and exploiting platform errors. Any member found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus revoked, associated winnings voided, and their account subject to permanent suspension.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on api888 — including football markets covering BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, and Bundesliga; mix parlay (accumulator) bets; Asian handicap (voor bola) markets; and live in-play wagering — are subject to the applicable sporting rules and to api888's own market-specific rules published within the platform.

• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmed bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet.
• api888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that result from a manifest error, system malfunction, or data feed failure.
• In the event of a match or event cancellation, postponement beyond 24 hours, or abandonment, all bets on the affected event will be voided and stakes returned, unless settlement has already occurred under applicable rules.
• Maximum payout per single bet event is Rp 500,000,000 unless otherwise specified for specific market types.

7.2 Casino & Slots

All casino games, live dealer tables, and slot machines available on api888 are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. 7.3 Lottery (Togel)

Disputes regarding draw results must be submitted within 24 hours of result publication.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the api888 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the api888 platform — including but not limited to the api888 name, logo, brand identity, website design, graphics, software, odds data, text content, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of api888 or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any part of the api888 platform or its content without our express prior written consent. Unauthorized use of api888 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

10. Responsible Gaming

In all cases where api888 is found liable, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your api888 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by api888

api888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Chargebacks initiated through your payment provider.
• Use of prohibited software or engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.

12.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting api888 customer support. Prior to closure, any outstanding balance in your account will be paid out to your registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC compliance and any pending wagering requirements on bonus balances. Self-exclusion requests may also be submitted in lieu of account closure and are subject to the terms outlined in Section 10.

15. Amendments
